Since the pandemic, more states have made funds available for private schooling. Check the link below to see if your state has these funds available. This is an excellent marketing tool for establishing your student base early-childhood or even special education. Once accepted into the program, you will have access to your Backoffice via the FMS Vortex system. There will be your own zoom link as well as training on how to create your own YouTube channel.
On your YouTube channel, you will introduce yourself, the grades and subjects you will be teaching, as well as your own unique teaching style and technique. We want excitement, uniqueness, and enthusiasm in presenting your subject matter to the student, even if we still want good, quality education. Remember that your ability to persuade a prospective student or parent determines your pay. The greater your attraction and appeal in presenting yourself as a teacher, the greater your earning potential.

Structure of Pay for Online Teachers
As with any program or job, you want to know how much you will be paid. This program is no exception. Because you will be an Independent Contractor, your pay will be exceptional and largely determined by you. You can create as much as your time allows. With each class limited to 500 students and the ability to teach multiple grades and subjects, your pay is limited only by your ability to attract students to your platforms.
You will also gain access to other programs that you can market with our FMS vortex platform. Not only will you be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to friends and family, but you will also have access to those inside programs in the FMS Vortex. The decision is entirely yours. Your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless because you will be working as an independent contractor.
The pay structure for the online teachers program is outlined below:
- When a student accesses a class, $.50 is credited to the teacher’s Wallet. So, if they are teaching 100 students in a session, the fee is $50. The value of 500 is $250.00. And so forth. We only allow 500 characters. More students must attend a different class or teacher. On purpose.
- Students in grades 1 through 8 are permitted to attend up to 5 classes per day.
- Students in grades 9 through 12 are permitted to attend up to six classes per day.
- The pay structure will be configured in the FMS vortex system.
When you sign up, your Zoom classroom fees will be covered.
There will be YouTube training as well as instruction on the curriculum material.
As a member of the FMS vortex platform, you can also earn more money by promoting the products and services available in this program. You have the potential to build a large customer base, as well as partnerships and teams, not only in the United States, but globally.

Application Criteria and Requirements:
We want our online education alternative to be exceptional and unique, so we make sure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are exceptional as well. In our program, we want teachers who are loving, compassionate, exciting, and enthusiastic, as well as educated. There will be no couch potatoes or people out just to make a buck.
Because of the way this program is set up, if you are not exceptional, you will not make the money you desire. Remember that it is your attraction that will draw students to you. Here are the qualities we seek in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. We will use this payment structure.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
